An analysis to assess whether a requested solution is possible.

Proof-of-Concept

The creation of a simple prototype to confirm that a solution is possible and often to provide a starting point for detailed requirements analysis.

Requirements Analysis

An assessment of the customer requirements, effort required and potential issues, to create the commercial quality version of the desired solution.

Design and Code Review

Expert analysis of an existing work-in-progress solution either by the client or a third party to bring the code up to acceptable industry standards and often to assess how much effort is required to get to completion and any major issues to be overcome.

Technical Consultancy and System Architecture 

Technical management advice, at the product design stages, when deploying new technologies or on current projects for general technical assistance to development teams.
