EMCC has created a suite of products which provide convergence benefits by enabling mobile devices to access company networks and PBX systems. These solutions are available as follows:

m-Call – EMCC has created a mobile integration solution for manufacturers and resellers of PBX systems and telephony service providers that allows the user to make calls over a chosen service network. In addition mobile handsets can access the rich set of PBX functions allowing such capabilities as one-number dialling (for mobile and deskphone) short-code dialling, conferencing, call transferring, and call recording. m-Switch – Picocells and femtocells offer connectivity to IP networks to devices and also provide better signal coverage. However, devices do not automatically connect to them. EMCC Software’s m-Switch application enables devices to be set to automatically connect to particular pico/femto networks when in range without requiring any input from users. All of EMCC’s products are handset based and can be distributed and configured through EMCC’s Provisioning Service. This centrally controlled software management system allows maximum flexibility in providing software applications and upgrades along with appropriate policy settings to all handsets. It monitors and controls the whole process of provisioning so that any failures or errors can be quickly identified and corrected.
